This is for a TEA Canister from the Wheaten Glass Co. It is Milk Glass with red and gree letters and design. The LID to the Milk Glass Canister is a Green Glass Lid with a metal hinge and a rubber seal.
On the front of the Canister is inscribed TEA. The Wheaten Canister is in excellent condition, no chips, cracks or crazing. It stands about 6" tall and about 4" round.
This is not for canning purposes as stated on the bottom of the jar. It is also inscribed with Wheaten Fine Glass and 3/4" L and the number 1. This can still be used or for display, great for an Italian design kitchen, restaurant or Deli.
